  Follow us on Instagram (@mbclassiccenter) for the fastest updates from the 2014 Colorado Grand. We will be on the road with a 1935 Mercedes-Benz 500K Open Touring Car and a 1962 300 SL Roadster. The Grand starts in Vail, CO on Tuesday, September 9th and does a 1,000-mile loop over the course of four days before returning again to Vail on Friday. The Diesel Hits The Road
 
On September 24th, 1924 the Robert Bosch GmbH based in Stuttgart puts into service the world's first diesel truck delivered to a customer - a Benz five-tonner with an OB 2 four-cylinder power unit that was first presented in February by Benz & Cie. in Amsterdam.
