	For over 60 years now, the Monterey Peninsula has been a focal point of elegance and exclusivity. Every year, classic car connoisseurs are gathering on the 18th Fairway at the Pebble Beach Golf Links to experience first-hand this showcasing of the finest, most exclusive automobiles in the world. Starting with the Pebble Beach Tour d'Elegance on Thursday, August 15 and concluding with the Concours on Sunday, August 18, the event is less than a month away and you can follow our preparation activities on Facebook.

	When spare parts are reproduced, precisely defined processes are applied to check which manufacturers fulfill the required guidelines. Our strict selection criteria ensure reproduction in original quality and the originality of the spare part right from the start. In the production of the genuine re-issue series of 14" hub caps, blanks consisting of permanently rust-free high-grade steel are being used to prevent sub-surface corrosion of the chrome layer that could result from scratches, for example. The high-quality materials, cutting-edge electroplating technology and optimized anti-corrosion protection guarantee authentic quality corresponding to the original parts. Each hub cap is undergoing manual polishing and visual inspections to safeguard Mercedes-Benz quality standards. These hub caps were originally available for vehicles of the R107, W108, W109, W111, W113, W114, W115, W116 and W123 model series.

	The reissue of the original Mercedes-Benz / Daimler signature windshield decal is on our shelves again. This exact reproduction of the original 115 part number windshield sticker is authentic to classic Mercedes-Benz vehicles from the late 1960's all the way to the late 1980' when the original decal was replaced by 129 part number sticker. The sticker can be ordered through our eBay store for $12.00 plus FedEx shipping to the lower 48 States. Please hold off on your payment on eBay until you get the final amount including your local sales tax.

	Arguably the largest gathering of Mercedes-Benz vehicles on the West Coast, this year's "Mercedes Madness" will be held in Anaheim, California on Saturday, August 3rd. Aside from over 200 expected Mercedes-Benz cars — old and new — the event offers music, games, Raffle prizes, plenty of food and drinks. Adding to the selection of vehicles in the parking lot, the Mercedes Benz Classic Center plans to divert some pristine classics on their way to Pebble Beach and we are looking forward to an event open for all ages — cars and people.

	A message from our friends at the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart: 12 jury-chosen star shots will gain fame and fortune in the 2014 Mercedes-Benz Classic Calendar, with 1,000 Euro prize in cash for each winning photographer. Send your best shot of a pre-1994 classic Mercedes-Benz and your image will be in contention for being featured in the "Shooting Stars!" 2014 Mercedes-Benz Classic Calendar.
