If it detects a vehicle in an adjacent lane that's in your blind spot, an indicator located on the inside A-pillar garnish will light up to catch your attention. You don't have to worry about false alarms when you're stuck in traffic, stopped at a light, or driving past parallel-parked cars because the system is disabled below approximately 6 miles per hour.

The Acura division of American Honda Motors was launched in March of 1986, and to celebrate our 25th anniversary, we have developed a mini-site where owners can submit stories about Acura. Submissions have a 2,000 character limit, can include past or current models, and may be accompanied by one JPG photo. You can submit your story through the mini-site, and upon approval, it will be posted there. Some of the stories will also be published in a special anniversary issue of Acura Style magazine.
