This highly original 1956 300 SL Gullwing Coupe has certainly seen better days but for our restoration team, there is nothing more exciting than getting their hands on such an untouched classic. The seats - torn and cobwebbed, the chrome trim and bumpers - missing, the paint - tired and faded. After 56 years on the road, this gem has found its way back to the manufacturer to receive its well-deserved factory restoration. As a customer, you are in control of scaling the restoration work we're doing on your classic. But to demonstrate our capabilities, we take it upon ourselves to seek out the absolute barn find and turn it into a Concours d'Elegance winning show car. Our latest project of such a scope will soon be completed. This gorgeous 1963 190 SL restoration is in the final stages and will go to the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance in August as another benchmark-setting Mercedes-Benz 190 SL restoration. The fully restored 190 SL that we had on display at Pebble Beach last year sold for the record price of $250,000.
